Welcome to BUILDERAGROUP, These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by us to our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Scope of Work
Description of Services:
We shall perform construction, renovation, and related servicesas specified in the signed contract, quotation, or work order. The scope includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, material procurement, construction, finishing, and cleanup.
Change in Scope:
Any modifications, additions, or alterations to the original scope must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Such changes may result in additional charges and adjusted timelines.
Contract and Price
Quotation and Estimates:
All quotations are valid for days from issuance unless otherwise stated. They are based on the information provided and current market conditions.
Pricing:
Prices are detailed in the contract or quotation. All amounts are in [currency], and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment Terms:
- A deposit of [percentage]% is due upon signing the contract.
- Progress payments are due at agreed milestones.
- Final payment is due upon project completion and client inspection.
Late Payment:

We shall notify you promptly of any delays. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from delays beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.
Permits, Licenses, and Regulations
Permits and Approvals:
The Company shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required by local, state, or federal authorities for lawful execution of the work.
Client Responsibilities:
The Client shall provide access to the site, necessary utilities, and relevant documentation. The Client shall also ensure that the site is free of hazards that could impede work.
Provision of Information:
The Client shall supply accurate and complete information regarding the project scope, site conditions, and other relevant details.
Access and Cooperation:
The Client shall provide unobstructed access to the site and cooperate with the Company’s personnel and subcontractors.
Payment:
The Client shall adhere to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to do so may result in work suspension or termination.
Variations and Additional Work
Change Orders:
All variations or additional work must be agreed upon in writing, detailing scope, cost, and revised timelines before commencement.
Pricing for Variations:
Additional work will be invoiced at the rates specified in the contract or as mutually agreed.
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship:
The Company guarantees that all work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Materials:
Materials are warranted in accordance with manufacturer warranties. The Company makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by suppliers.
Duration of Warranties:
Warranties shall be valid for [period] from completion unless otherwise specified.
Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage:
The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability and workers’ compensation.

Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Acceptance:
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
